Chicago Turnkey Rentals, LLC invests and develops distressed real estate assets from pre-foreclosures to bank-owned REO properties. We have traveled to Detroit, Indianapolis, and other cities and the Chicagoland Market is one of the top. Our strategy of buying, rehabbing, tenant placement then managing the property is having tremendous success due to the area that we are acquiring the properties in.  Over the past year, Turn Key Investments, LLC, has acquired over 200 properties.

As a Managing Member, Jonathan Denny is responsible for creating the strategic vision for the company, overseeing all operations from due diligence to investment to asset management, and negotiating all relationships with strategic partners, joint ventures,  and advisors.  Jonathan actively works with owners, sellers, and investors of distressed real estate assets to achieve the best win-win scenario for all parties involved in a transaction.  Jonathan’s background is in the construction industry for 20 + years. He successfully managed a Masonry Company that worked for Builders such as Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, and Ryland Homes to name a few. He also has constructed over 20 New Construction Homes and 1100 Remodeled Homes through his time in the industry. He has a lot of industry knowledge and answers to save on construction costs and problems.

Katie Denny plays a critical role in directing all aspects of various transactions including deal structuring, property management, construction payouts, and leasing. Katie is also responsible for helping create a strategic vision that will allow us to achieve our goals. She oversees all operations, from due diligence to investment, to asset management.  She believes we have systematically built our companies to fully take advantage of this window of opportunity and hopes you will consider joining us on this journey.
